Henry Off is a fourth-year undergraduate student and State of Kuwait Scholarship recipient at McGill University in Montréal, Canada. He is pursuing a joint honours degree in Political Science with World Islamic and Middle East Studies, and is an alumnus of the Winter Student Program at the International Institute of Islamic Thought. He is currently a senior editor for the McGill International Review and the Vice President of Academics for the World Islamic and Middle East Studies Student Association. Additionally, he is the founder and director of the Arabic Peer Tutoring Program at McGill and an editor for the McGill Essay Centre. He has previously volunteered in various educational programs around Canada and Morocco. He has been published in the McGill Journal for Middle East Studies, and his particular focuses of academic research are democracy, comparative politics, conflict dynamics, civil society, and international law. He plans to continue his research of Middle East politics and society at the graduate level.
