Anna Mentsl serves as Editor for the IMESC. She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary in Canada and a diploma in Business Administration from Cyprus. Her professional background includes adult language teaching, post-graduate administration, as well as vendor management for a multinational corporation. She has also previously consulted as an editor on business proposals, academic research and some fiction. Anna is a native English speaker with various proficiency levels in Arabic, Hungarian, Greek and French, largely as a result of having lived in a diverse number of places. She also has a keen interest in current issues relating to social justice and human rights, particularly as they pertain to the Middle East, and it is through this passion that she has found herself naturally aligned with the research goals of the IMESC.
